Cooking
Fish marinated in milk, the spices, adding the brandy.
To prepare the 1st "coat" heat sink. oil, add 2 tbsp flour, mix quickly, adding 100 g of cream.
On a baking sheet, greased with oil, place the fish, top with the prepared stuffing, put in oven for 20 minutes (watch your oven).
Three carrots on a fine grater and put on top, put again in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
While preparing the 3rd "coat" - three cheese, mix with the remaining cream and add the almonds.
Smeared on top, and again in the oven for a few minutes (to give the cheese to melt).
Serve hot.
