Cabbage

Melted butter

Margarine
100 г

Flour

Sour cream
1/2 стак.

Chicken egg

Sesame
1 ст. л.

Salt

Seasoning
Cooking
Cabbage finely chop, add salt.
Saute in butter with the lid closed
Cool and chop
RUB through a sieve
Add the flour, margarine, sour cream and seasonings to taste
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm
Glass cut out scones
Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a preheated 180*C oven
Bake until Golden brown
Serve hot with sour cream. BON APPETIT!!!
