Why Is "Basic?!" On the basis of this salad was created and is still possible to come up with a lot of great salads. But in itself it is very tasty, with well-chosen and balanced ingredients.

For salad I got the ham sliced, cheese "Russian" and cucumbers from the village.
Ham and cucumber cut into strips.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater, cut greens and garlic, or RUB on a small grater, or pressed, I prefer to cut thin strips.
Pour all in a convenient tableware
And stir.
Mayonnaise add just before serving or portion, otherwise the salad will "give water".
