Potatoes boil "in uniform". It does not need to tenderize.
I took a whole herring.
Made her fillet and 1/2 of sliced small cubes.
Poured sunflower oil 2 tbsp and 1 tbsp soy sauce KIKKOMAN light.
Onions finely cut and filled also soy sauce. Herring and onion pickled 15 minutes.
