I was inspired by all the comments addressed to me! Stewed chicken with nuts. Caution! The neighbors will come running... sniff.

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a mixture of melted butter and chicken fat.

Prepare the dressing: In a pre-prepared infusion wine vinegar and savory, add spices, chopped nuts.
Once the meat is covered with a light Golden brown, pour infusion and mix up. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered for about 30 minutes.
