Description
Noodles, made with thin starch crepes called Belarusians Lokshina. Soup of this Lokshina and hearty, and tasty. At the time of my youth, when we often had lunch in catering, this soup was one of my favorites. Now I cook it at home.

Cooking
First preparing the noodles. Starch dilute with water
Add the egg, sugar, salt and mix everything. The dough should be very liquid, consistency of cream.
On a greased vegetable oil a frying pan to bake thin pancakes of starch. Dough to pour a thin layer of 1-2 ml. when the pancakes turn out thicker, add a little water. Because the starch quickly settles to the bottom, before pouring each pancake batter it is necessary to mix. Fold each pancake separately to dry.
From the cooled pancakes cut into noodles.
Milk diluted with water, bring to the boil and drop the prepared noodles. I almost do not cook. Boil, remove from heat. Salt, sugar, and butter to taste, you can put it in a pot or in each bowl.
