Avocado cut in half, remove the seeds and squeeze the avocado in the lemon juice.
Eggs, avocado, crabmeat shelves finely chopped (I chopped with this mesh) 1 spoon of avocado to leave for cream.
1 spoon avocado mash with a fork add the mayonnaise, put the prepared mixture in a disposable pouch with a nozzle.
Fill the chips with cream. Put the salad on a plate, decorate with greens and chips. Bon appetit!
