Simple and easy salad. I love salads that have apples, so I was attracted to this salad.

Cooking
Peel and wash carrots. Grate on a coarse grater.
The Apple peel. Grate on a coarse grater.
Eggs to boil. Clean. Grate on a coarse grater.
Cabbage finely chopped. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
1 layer apples + mayonnaise layer 2 eggs+ mayonnaise 3rd layer cabbage + mayonnaise 4 layer carrot + mayonnaise 5 layer-cheese+ mayonnaise. Garnish with greens.
