A very simple and beautiful way of making the seemingly banal and eggs. The idea was inspired by Nika Belotserkovskaya.

Included the oven to warm up to 180град. Form grease with butter. One we put slices of tomatoes and cheese, and the other salty fish pieces with greens.
Toppings sprinkle with flakes 1.5 tbsp and pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Today I use oat cereals of TM "Mistral". They are wholegrain and instant food. And use and convenience. What else is needed for a modern housewife?
Within each form carefully spread on top 1 egg.
Form put in a large baking dish and fill it with hot water. So that the water reaches to about half of the molds with eggs. Put in hot oven for 10-15 minutes so that the yolks just started to set.
Very quick and easy. To cook these eggs with any fillings and tastes.
