Soup under a cheese cap
The soup is a bit like French onion soup, but only in cooking technology. Delicate, light, but at the same time a hearty, thick soup will satisfy lovers of seafood.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    150 г

  • Red onion

    1/2 шт

  • Cabbage Chinese

  • Green peas

    2 ст. л.

  • Tomato

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    1 ч. л.

  • Lemon juice

    1 ч. л.

  • Cheese

    2 ст. л.

  • Corn starch

    1 ч. л.

  • Water

    1 стак.

  • Spices

  • Cream

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

Small shrimp thawed at room temperature, wash, pour lemon juice and soy sauce (1 teaspoon), add a pinch of black pepper and very little salt.

Onion cut into thin half-rings. Heated the oil in a pan pour the onion and cook, stirring on the fire medium until soft and transparent (about 7 minutes).

To the onions add the finely chopped Chinese (NAPA) cabbage and shrimp together with the marinade, cream. T to take in a few more minutes.

In boiled water to dissolve the corn starch, to introduce to the vegetables, add all the spices (be very careful with salt as cheese is salty). Cook, stirring, for a minute, until lightly thickened soup. If it's too thick, add a little water. Turn off the heat, add the green peas, mix well.

Pour the soup in 2 refractory molds (I have one form, but portions of it accurately 2), on top lay the sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese, put in preheated oven under the grill for 5-10 minutes.
