Cooking
Egg mix with sugar, add soft butter or margarine ( I added 100g of butter and margarine), vanilla, flour, bicarbonate of soda, add the juice from the lemon, the remains of a squeezed lemon grind in a meat grinder and add to the dough. Knead well.
Skip the dough through a meat grinder, cut into pieces and bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
These cookies can be stored in a sealed container long enough, it eventually gets better!
