Description
This year I have a lot of pumpkin, so I often cook it in different variations. This is one way to "fight" with pumpkin.
Ingredients

Puree vegetables

Cooking
Mashed pumpkin mixed with nutmeg, salt and baking powder. Add the orange peel. I used 4 tbsp of "cake" left over from the [url=http://www.pova renok.ru/recipes/sho w/57690/url]orange ovogo drink[/url].
Then add sour cream, egg, sugar and mix thoroughly. Pouring flour, knead a soft dough. Flour may take more or less, it all depends on the pumpkin and the flour.
The resulting roll the dough to a thickness of approximately 1 cm...

Or cut into squares (rectangles). To put the cookies in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
The finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
