Delicious salad, love her husband (which, however, is not surprising). The recipe is borrowed in one of the cafes of Saint-Petersburg.

Cooking
The chicken (a little salted and pepper) and fry the mushrooms cooled, remove chicken meat from bones and chop (or dismantle hands) to pieces.
Eggs (boiled hard-boiled, cooled) and cheese shred. Onion grate or cut with a knife (small) and 15-20 minutes pickling in a mixture of vinegar, water (water is also about 1.5 tbsp) and sugar.
Mix chicken, eggs, mushrooms, cheese, onions. Prepare the dressing: olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper. Dressed salad, mix again and serve.
