Fireproof dish grease with vegetable oil, put the leeks cut into rings.
Sprinkle fish fillets (salted, peppered, coated with spices),
Sprinkle with finely chopped greens,
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs,
Slices of cheese and butter, and bake in a preheated 220°C oven for 15 min.
