Cooking
In a saucepan pour the milk, add the honey, cocoa, salt and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Over medium heat bring mixture to a boil, diminish the heat to minimum and, stirring constantly, cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and cinnamon. Immersion blender, whisk the mixture till the formation of lush, fluffy froth.
