Tomatoes and pepper cut into small cubes, onions chop, grate the cheese. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Kefir pour into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and soda, mix well.
Add eggs and vegetable oil and whisk.
Pour the flour.
And knead the dough thick like heavy cream.
Bake pancakes.
Hot pancakes put in a form or in a deep pan and pour filling.
Put in the hot oven for 5-7 minutes or hold it under the lid on the fire to cheese is melted.
