To prepare the stuffing as cutlets. For rolls beat eggs with a mixer, add chopped bell pepper, herbs, salt and pepper. Bake small pancakes.
Roll them into rolls and cut into three parts.
From stuffing to make lepeshechki and on each lay a roll of pancake and form zrazy.
