Here our products.
Onion cut into cubes, the mushrooms small strips or cubes.
In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms with the onions. Cool completely.
Cheese and ham to grate on a coarse grater.
Parsley and dill finely chop.
Beat eggs with salt, Apple juice, mustard and melted margarine.
Flour mixed with baking powder and add to above cooked mixture. Mix well.
Add to the dough with cheese, ham, cranberries, mix well.
Add fried mushrooms and again stir. Pour into cake pan (if metal - to grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs).
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1H.10min. Be guided by your oven.
