Cooking
Boil and cool the rice.
While cooking the rice, finely chop the onion and fry with minced meat.
To the rice add the egg and flour. With wet hands (I used vegetable oil) formed Patty with a recess, put there meat. Dip them in flour or breadcrumbs and fry on the pan on both sides.
Decorate with lettuce. Can be served with a summer salad. Bon appetit!
