Description
Coffee are delicious served freshly baked tasty cookies with oatmeal. Cookies are very tasty, crumbly, chocolate-vanilla.
Ingredients

Flour

Oat flakes

Cooking
Grind Hercules TM "MISTRAL" into a fine crumb. Add butter, flour, sugar, egg and vanilla.
Knead plastic dough. Divide it into 2 parts. If the dough seems watery, you can put a little more flour, but do not overdo it, cookies can be hard!
In one part add 2st. L. cocoa powder and knead.
Roll out both pieces of dough and a glass cut out circles.
Stacking offset in the direction 4 of the circle, alternating colors on each other.
To roll ' em roll.
Cut each into 2 halves.
On a baking sheet to put baking paper on it cut down to put the halves of cookies.
Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
