Cooking
On boiled rice laid out the mushrooms, previously sauteed with onions.
Are laid on top of sliced fresh tomatoes.
Sauce: melt the butter, fry in it the flour for 1 minute, dilute with milk, add salt and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200C.
