Cooking
Beat the butter with the icing sugar and egg yolk. Add the lemon zest, vinegar gashenuyu soda. Sift the flour with the baking powder and knead a soft dough.
From dough to pinch off pieces the size of a walnut.
Roll the roller and connect the ends (to get the "ring").
Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Chilled rings to decorate lemon icing. For the glaze: sift 1 Cup of powdered sugar, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir (thick the icing should resemble thick cream).
