Description
The salad looks very picturesque, and the taste is fresh and juicy. It is very easy to make, and the process takes very little time. Of course, I would have added spicy chili peppers, the salad gets even tastier!

Cooking
Take the mixture of rice and quinoa. Boil as directed on package and let cool.
Bell pepper cut into strips and fry in olive oil for 3-5 minutes. Cool.
Tomatoes remove seeds and cut into small cubes, olives-rings.
Cheese cut into cubes, finely chop the parsley.
All ingredients, except cheese and greens, put in a bowl.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Carefully stir. As I wrote, I would be in this salad added a little more ostanki in the form of chili peppers, the salad gets even tastier!
