Cooking

step-0
For the tart I made shortbread dough. Flour sifted into a bowl, mixed with salt and sugar and rubbed ice cream on top of butter.
step-1
Hands triturated mixture into crumbs.
step-2
Then added the egg (from the fridge) and quickly joined the mix in the dough.
step-3
The dough was rolled between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of 4 mm. put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
step-4
Then roll another to a thickness of 2 mm. Removed one layer of paper.
step-5
Batter shifted in form, and carefully removed the paper.
step-6
Cut the extra dough, there was some prick with a fork, poured into a form, the beans and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes. Then removed the beans and baked for about 7 minutes.
step-7
While it was baking, the basis for the tart, I prepared the filling. I had cheese such as brie in the form of a cylinder and soft goat cheese. Next time I would instead took a couple of goat heads mozzarella, too salty goat for my taste. And, of course, slices of Parma ham.
step-8
For the sauce citronet I took 2 tablespoons of lemon jam Mahe, 3 tablespoons olive oil cold pressed, a couple of small sprigs of dried thyme and a pinch of mixed spices. I think it would be nice with chili (slightly) for thrill. All mixed.
step-9
The sauce turned out thick, very flavorful.
step-10
In the meantime, a ready basis for Tarta. Without turning off the oven, put the filling on the base. The edges of the brie. All empty space was filled with a soft goat cheese, and in the center put ham. Sauce smeared some cheese and ham. And hot (on high) oven for 5 minutes. That's all! Pour tea, coffee, wine, and enjoying the incredible taste!
