All quick and easy. Zucchini cut into circles
Fry in slightly oiled frying pan (do not add salt), immediately spread on a dish.
Mayonnaise or sour cream mixed with chopped garlic and dill
lubricates already fried zucchini.

boiled quail eggs cut in half lengthwise, spread on top, decorate with curly parsley and pour the remaining sauce (it was more liquid, I added a little of the brine from the cheese)
