Pea soup with lamb in a slow cooker
When not much free time always comes to the aid of the wonder of the slow cooker. Soup turns out very flavorful and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

The peas soak for a couple hours, and preferably overnight. Put the peas and lamb slices in a bowl multivarki and fill with water. Set the mode soup and a time of 2 hours. Run.

Fry the onion, carrot and celery in butter in a frying pan. This time I didn't have celery and I cooked without it. It gives the soup its flavor.
