Cupcake "Tweed"

A delicious chocolate cupcake! Several years ago, the recipe was printed in one of women's magazines, was prepared by me and evaluated my family to the fullest. Before I post this recipe on the website, I checked it in search, and found. This cupcake was posted in 2008 scullion "Taya", but there were no pictures and, as usual, not appreciated. I decided to give this cake another chance...

Ingredients

Dark chocolate

Mix in a bowl flour, soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla.

In the microwave melt the butter.

In the bowl of a mixer, break the eggs.

Pour melted butter and sugar and carefully beat with a mixer.

Then add dry ingredients mixed in the bowl, and sour cream, all carefully mix.

Here we get the dough.

Quickly grate the chocolate and add to the dough. Mix with a mixer again. Form grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina (flour), put into the form and put in a preheated 180*C oven. Bake until done, check with toothpick.
