Ingredients

PREPARE the BATTER: stir the flour with the sink.butter into crumbs.
Add the sugar and slaked soda.
In a bowl, mix sour cream 1 tbsp. l. and coffee rust. 1 tbsp, bring to dissolve the coffee and add the egg + van.sugar + tsp of brandy.
Beat well, and adding in the flour, quickly knead the dough. Put the dough in the bag and in the fridge for an hour.
On a greased cookie sheet with a teaspoon put the dough and bake at 200g. 15-20min. Cool. PREPARE the CREAM: mix the butter with sah.powder + tsp coffee + tsp. of milk. mix well
Take half the cooled cookies, as shown in the photo
combine with the other half.
The cookies are ready!!!Nice coffee and tea!!!
