Cooking
Have chicken cut the breast, flatten into a cutting Board and beat.
Onion and garlic finely chop.
Mix onion, garlic, vinegar and curry.
Spread this mixture in the chicken and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
Then RUB the chicken with salt and bake in the oven.
