Description
A bit of an unusual recipe for fruitcake on the lemonade. The pictures seemed boring, so not going to put it here, but look how fast cupcake disappears... and decided – let it be.
Ingredients

Lemonade
150 мл

Sugar

Flour
2,5 стак.

Soda
0,75 ч. л.
Cooking
Mix eggs, butter, sugar, flour and soda.
Add the lemonade and mix well. Tasty if add some chopped candied fruit, but I was asked this time just the cake, without any additives. Form grease with oil, pour the dough (it's liquid), put in preheated oven and bake approximately 1 hour (at 180 ºC). Bon appetit!
