This is our products for meat.
From chicken breast to make the stuffing (made in a food processor), add all the other ingredients for stuffing. Nez abodam salt and pepper. Knead into a homogeneous mass. Don't forget to taste, if you find something missing, add. To form patties and fry in any breading, I have corn flour+sesame seeds. Folded into a saucepan.
