Cooking
The words of the author. Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy,

Separately mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt and coffee granules. Add to the butter-egg mixture and mix well.
Add oats and chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 180*C and line a rimmed baking sheet with baking paper. Form cookies about 5 cm in diameter, slightly prelucrate top and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes
Or a little more for a more crunchy variant (more like). These were baked in an electric oven with 2 storoni heated, so no more crunch and toasted ;-)
