A very simple pie. To be honest, this recipe was born from a recipe for Apple Charlotte: was pears, and I wanted, somehow, to change the recipe! The result did not disappoint! I advise you to try to you!

Cooking
Whisk the eggs with the sugar for 3-5 minutes, Add cocoa mix well.
Add flour and baking powder. Stir.
The form (24 see) vistream paper, pour into it the dough.
Pear wash, peel, cut, put into the form.
Bake at 180*s - 45 min.
