These are our main ingredients.
Pork cut into serving pieces and marinate in a cucumber brine. I have a homemade pickle from the pickle. The pork was marinated for 4 hours. Salting additionally is not necessary.
To get the meat from the marinade, Pat dry with paper towels, season with a mixture of 5 peppers and hops-suneli. Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil. Mix it with finely chopped pickled cucumbers, grated cheese, sour cream and horseradish.
Pieces of meat put on a baking sheet, covering top, sour cream and cucumber "fur" and bake in the oven at t 220 ° C convection 20 - 30 minutes.
And here is the finished dish! On the side I have mashed potatoes, salted cucumbers and tomatoes "cherry".
The meat turned out soft and juicy, with a light spicy flavor and aroma.
