Cooking
Peppers and olives cut into slices. Make a dressing: mix the oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well.
The eggs cut into rings, sausage in thin slices. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
To assemble the salad: 1) on a platter salad 2) pepper 3) eggs 4) sausage 5) peas and olives; salad prepared sauce 6) cheese
