Grind eggs with sugar. Add the cheese, vanilla sugar.
Mix in the flour. Add hydrated soda.

Fry them in vegetable oil. I have oil covered donuts for 2/3, not full. To be honest, in order to save oil. Made a sieve with a paper towel to eliminate excess oil.
