Wash mushrooms, slightly to clean, separate the legs from hats. Legs finely chop one large onion and fry in butter. You can add finely chopped chicken.
Sour cream (I added a little bit of sunflower oil and lemon juice, mayonnaise) mixed with spices and coat the hats and put in the form. Hats stuff the fried mixture and pour over the remaining cream
