Found my old records recipe cupcakes. Slightly changed the recipe, turned out delicious, sweet cupcakes very simple to prepare.
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Leavening agent
1 ч. л.

Sour cream
4 ст. л.

Flour

Dried fruits

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar.
Continuing to whisk, add sour cream.
Add butter, baking powder, small pinch of salt.
Add the flour.
Trail mix with nuts chop with a knife.
Add to the dough.
Small silicone muffin tins to fill 2/3 of the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 20-25 minutes (depends on size of molds), to check the readiness with a wooden toothpick.
Cupcakes are ready!
