Their friends and relatives I make different delicious dishes, mostly cooked in the oven. This time - baked rolls from pancakes with liver stuffing.

Boil in the bag rice from TM Mistral.
Liver grind in a blender and pour it to the rice. Stir.
The gourd should be rubbed on a coarse grater. Add to the bulk.
Finely chop the onion, add and stir.
Add the seasoning and salt.
Simmer in olive oil the stuffing for 3 minutes. Put in a bowl.
Need ready savoury pancakes.
Pancakes coat filling.

Fold the pancakes into shape, coat with cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
