This is one of my salads from the "Color plate"... several of them, meet the most simple but tasty, easy, useful and enjoyable!
Ingredients

Celery root

Apple

Green olives

Lemon

Cooking
The apples must be juicy-dressed only with lemon juice and the same juice
Grate the Apple, celery, cut in half olives
Sprinkle with lemon juice, put in portion palocci and enjoy chromim!
