Very delicious ice cream. It will remain your favorite, because you can alter the recipe according to your taste: favorite cookies, nuts, fruits, and you can add mint, lime, chocolate, it all depends on your imagination!

Cookies grind to it, I added chopped nuts. To connect with soft butter and stir.
Form (d=23 cm) cover with foil and leave the edges (so it will be easier to get). Spread the dough across the surface of the mold.
Bake at 180*C for 8-10 minutes. To cool (about 25 minutes).
To combine cream, sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla and beat until peaks.
Add the fruit and stir.
Cover and put into the freezer for 8 hours minimum. Validity: 2 weeks, but it will not be on the first day.
Remove from the freezer, cut into squares and enjoy!
