Cooking
Carrots to boil. Cool and clean. Cut into pieces, I got 5 pieces. Each piece with a spoon and make a hole.
In curd add chopped garlic.
Egg, beat with a mixer. Add half of the beaten eggs into cottage cheese, add salt to taste.
Add cheese, grated on a coarse grater.
Add semolina, mix well.
Fill with the mixture carrots.
Dip the carrots in the egg.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until Golden brown.
