The juice of a freshly squeezed

Powdered sugar

Lemon peel
1 ч. л.

1 ст. л.
Cooking
Beat butter with powdered sugar.
Add the zest and lemon juice.
Add the flour and starch. Knead the dough. Roll it into a sausage and put into the cold for an hour.
Frozen dough is cut into cookies and bake at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes. The finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
