This is option 1 - vanilla! Really wanted cheesecake, but I really don't like a lot of dough, so I decided to try to make a cheesecake-style cheesecake. That's what I got) a Big plus this cheesecake - lots of toppings, a little test)))

Cooking
Sift flour.
Add the butter and sour cream, mash, add water, knead the dough.
Roll into a ball for 30 minutes and put into the fridge.
Curd mix with egg, sugar and vanilla, add the starch and all is well, beat with a mixer.
The dough spread in the form.
Spread the filling.
Put in oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Bon appetit!!!
