Decided to figure something out in my spare time, and immediately turned out very soft, tender and cake!!! Just melts in your mouth)
Ingredients

Sugar

Cooking
Melted butter to mix with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the flour and baking powder.
Add 2 eggs, knead well.
Dissolve coffee in half a glass of warm water, allow to stand and pour in our dough.
Mix thoroughly. if the dough will be VERY liquid - add more flour. Pour into the pan and put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
When the cake has risen - I got him and pinned fork ...(don't know, I felt like it), took it back, and later it's ready)
Can be cut into diamonds, you get interesting! Cake is very soft and gentle!
