Ingredients

1-2 кг

Flour
1-1,5 стак.

Chicken egg
1-2 шт
Cooking
Potatoes to grate, in the resulting mass add salt, egg, flour and mix everything
In minced meat add onion and spices
On a hot griddle put a small coin potato stuffing
Then spread the stuffing
Then spread another layer of potatoes
And fry from all sides
