Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for a few minutes. Then remove the skin.
Tomatoes, tomato paste, ready WM Bolognese mix using a blender until smooth.
In a pan fry the onion, garlic. Then add the mince. When the stuffing comes until tender, add tomato mixture and a few tablespoons of vermouth.
In the resulting sauce add the cooked dry spaghetti. And, Bon appetit!
