Cooking
The potatoes a good mash, add salt, egg and raisins.
Dissolve yeast in warm milk with powdered sugar,then pour in the potatoes. Let rise 1.5 hours.
To form buns, place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 250C for 20 minutes until Browning.
