Add butter and milk, whip
Add the baking powder and flour, whisk
Add grapes (whole), raisins (pre-soak is not necessary), shredded coconut, gently stir
In form, lined with baking paper, lay out our dough, level and bake it in the oven for 40 mins at 180*C
