In a small bowl, thoroughly mix peanut butter, lemon juice, coconut cream, honey, curry, soy sauce, cumin and chopped chili pepper. This can be done the day before the picnic.
Then simply, when roasting meat or poultry on the barbecue, occasionally daubed pieces prepared sauce. It turns out very tender and tasty.
